Fox’s 32 Float 140 FIT CTD with remote Trail Adjust fork is a market leader in the XC suspension category. The new three-position CTD (Climb, Trail and Descend) compression damper, Kashima-coated stanchions, the latest 32mm-diameter chassis and the remote CTD lockout system provide the ultimate usable XC fork. 

The CTD damper is what makes this fork stand out from the crowd, with three separate positions that can be controlled from the handlebars whilst riding. This remote switch allows the rider to swap between Climb, Trail and Descend modes, these provide three predetermined damping modes which are designed to suit different riding environments.

Climb mode essentially locks the fork out for the most efficient pedalling on pavement and gravel tracks whilst trail provides a great all round compromise for general riding. Descend mode is self explanatory and gives a silky smooth feel with plenty of feedback and good support.

Fox have revised thFox float 32 kashima coatingeir spring rate and compression damping on this model, combined with the super cool Kashima stanchion coating the Float 32’s offer a super smooth ride with excellent small bump sensitivity. This helps to give the rider betterfront wheel traction and control  with much better mid-stroke and bottom out control than some of it’s rivals.

The 32’s are also lighter than most other 100mm travel XC forks, weighing in at just 1.65kg and still providing a solid 32mm chassis with unrivalled balance and stiffness.All to often folding bikes have to compromise on using high performance parts as the folding mechanism often effects the geometry and working of standard fitting components.
