From 1 January 2021, due to the UK leaving the EU, all European shipments are subject to local Import Duty and VAT upon arrival.
There is no UK VAT on orders from the EU.
Import Duty and VAT will be collected by the courier before delivery.
Important:
If you refuse delivery due to these charges, shipping costs will not be refunded.
A refund will be processed once the order is returned to us.
We reserve the right to deduct a £25 re-packaging fee if customs inspection causes significant damage to the packaging.
